Logen has been a salon owner and stylist for almost 17 years. Born and raised in the industry growing up her mom operated three salons being a single mom. Her experience growing up in the industry has taught her that stylists have a gift, to make clients feel confident and beautiful.   

Aside from hair, she also loves to create a warm guest experience.  She wants each client to feel comfortable in the salon by giving them a home-like atmosphere. She enjoys all hair colors, mostly specializing in using multiple techniques such as balayage, foilyage and babylights to achieve a lived-in look.  

At this time Logen is not accepting new clients, referrals from existing clients may be accepted on a limited basis.

Simonne White

STYLIST— COLORIST

Simonne began her career in the salon industry over 12 years ago. She graduated from International Institute of Cosmetology in 2013. She knew at an early age that was the career she wanted to pursue. Two things that are most rewarding to her in the Industry are making people look and feel good about themselves. She enjoys a good challenge whether it's a great haircut or a fabulous hair color makeover. When you visit her chair, you will receive a full personalized consultation, so come with your inspiration pictures!

Megan has 17 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.  She has had experience as a commission based stylist, and has now been an independent stylist for The Signature Salon for 6 years. She specializes in giving her clients beautiful, natural color that can be lived in. Her goal is to have clients not only looking good but feeling good. Connecting to the person in her chair is what truly lights her up. When not in the salon she is an energy healer and embodies that in her everyday life.

When I was young, I knew this industry was right for me. From doing my friends hair and makeup for events to cutting my own hair at the age of four. My goal since I started in the industry 6 years ago has been to make people feel confident in their own skin by enhancing & changing their hair. Throughout my career I’ve worked with many brides on their special day, creating classic and chic looks for their weddings. Kendall is the first ever Connecticut hairdresser apprentice; who’s graduated from Ellis Tech with her cosmetology license. Kendall was raised in a salon setting with her mother being a hairdresser also. She’s patient and passionate about what she does. And believes you never will truly know everything, there is ALWAYS room for learning.

Kendall’s specialties range from men’s haircuts and fades, women’s cuts and blowouts, to bold Color’s and natural highlights.

A strong suit she has been trained in is elderly, young ones, and special needs haircuts. Her hobbies out of work include rehabilitation and caretaking for birds of all sorts. Country concerts, and owning her own children’s party entertainment character business.

Tina Valleire-Gagnon

Tina feels  truly blessed to be in this wonderful career. It’s been exciting, different every day and fulfilling for 35 years. Growing up in Windham, she has  resided in Mansfield for 30 years, the past 20 with her husband and stepdaughter. Her interests range from sports to going to the theater. Good food and a great chocolate martini is always a plus! She has a love of being with her family and fun loving friends. What she mostly loves to do is making everyone around her happy.

Jenn Allen

Graduated Creative School of Cosmetology in 2002. She started at a Redken certified salon in Coventry right out of school and worked there for 9 1/2 years before joining The Signature Salon as an independent stylist.

Jenn has multiple certifications in color, hair cutting, men’s cuts, clipper cuts, styling through Redken NYC and Schwarzkopf plus certifications in straightening, and styling. When not in the salon Jenn spends her free time crafting, working on her house, flipping furniture, and her true passion her two boys.

Nicole (aka Nikki) graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, Ma and has been a Licensed Esthetician for 10 years.
