How to make an appointment

All stylists and speciality technicians are independent. Everyone books their own appointments, you will find stylist contact information and a booking link under each service provider’s bio on our team page. This method allows the service provider’s to have more communication with their client, incase of hair concerns, changes and allowing the proper amount of time for service. Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed by email, text, and phone call by each individual stylist, 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel before the 48 hour window allowing the stylist to fill the appointment with another client.  We do understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that do come up and we will evaluate each situation on an individual basis. Last minute cancellations or “no show” appointments may result in a charge by your stylist or specialist as it is hard to fill appointments last minute.


Service Adjustment 

If you would like a change to your service after the stylist/technician has already seen you, please contact them individually within a one week time frame of your appointment. This way the service can be reevaluated and the best result can be achieved. Keep in mind the client’s hair integrity, and health are always our top priority and certain end results may take multiple steps and appointments. Communication during your consultation is very important.
